Dedication of a commemorative garden and a time capsule for 2076 will be featured when the Town of Mamaroneck marks the nation's 250th anniversary. The ceremony is 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in Memorial Park on Myrtle Boulevard at North Chatsworth Avenue.

Gail Boyle of the Mamaroneck Historical Society will be among the speakers.
